Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist will support line managers across the region in identifying staffing needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for both technical and non‑technical positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with Bureau Veritas’ quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and recommend appropriate recruitment channels, including job portals, agencies, internal referrals and outsourcing partners.
• Drive regional implementation of the recruitment process and applicant tracking system, monitoring KPIs such as time‑to‑fill and MIS reporting.
• Lead innovative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent database maintenance to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle: job description design, candidate profiling, screening, selection, salary negotiation and offer issuance.
• Oversee transactional HR activities such as employee creation, appointment letters and onboarding documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting, employer branding and use of social media/job boards for sourcing.
• Hands‑on experience with HR MIS generation and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• MBA in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
