Executive - Sales & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an Executive to lead sales and business development across our regional market. You will drive revenue growth, build client relationships and support ALS’s mission to deliver scientific testing and data‑driven insights for a healthier future.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional sales and revenue targets, meeting KPIs and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and site visits to promote ALS services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate terms and secure projects.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to build lasting relationships.
