About the role

Teleperformance is looking for an Executive Recruiter to join its HR team in Mohali. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline of candidates and supporting the hiring process for current and future openings.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for upcoming positions.
Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree required.
Effective communication, strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
High energy, passion for recruitment and ability to meet targets.

Required skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
