Executive Recruiter (FBS)

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join its FBS team. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, driving the full-cycle recruitment process for executive‑level positions and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for all candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers, interview panels and HR partners to define hiring needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Source, screen and engage high‑potential, diverse executive candidates through proactive outreach and market intelligence.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interview schedules and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Serve as a consultant during the offer stage, negotiate executive compensation packages and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain long‑term talent pipelines and external networks for future executive openings.
• Lead special projects, influence peers, and communicate consistently throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong presentation skills, especially with PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and experience with HR technologies such as Workday.
• Proven track record in executive‑level talent acquisition.
