Executive Pharmacist

About the role

The Executive Pharmacist will act as the Registered Pharmacist overseeing retail and distribution pharmacy operations. This position ensures compliance with all pharmacy regulations while supporting warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor pharmacy licenses and documentation, ensuring they are up‑to‑date with the Andhra Pradesh State Pharmacy Council.
• Verify medicines before dispatch and manage batch‑wise and expiry‑wise inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams to guarantee proper storage conditions and adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and SOPs.
• Handle operational activities within the warehouse, including inventory control, record‑keeping for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements throughout the distribution process.

Required profile

• Male candidates preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in retail or distribution.
• D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree with a valid, active registration certificate from the Andhra Pradesh State Pharmacy Council.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Understanding of medicine storage guidelines, batch and expiry management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation procedures.
• Computer proficiency, preferably Excel and ERP systems.

What we offer

• CTC of ₹24,000 per month (approximately ₹21,000 take‑home).
