Executive Management Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Management Assistant to provide top‑level support to senior executives. The successful candidate will be well‑organized, comfortable scheduling meetings, and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. In addition, they will draft documents and assist with meeting preparations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure optimal use of time.
• Assist executives in preparing for meetings, including drafting agendas, gathering materials, and taking notes.
• Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives, maintaining professionalism and timely communication.
• Draft slides, meeting notes, and other documents required for executive presentations and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multi‑task with excellent follow‑up.
