Executive - Logistics Operations (Statement & Pin Production)

About the role

The Executive – Logistics Operations (Statement & Pin Production) will oversee quality control of credit‑card statements, manage email validation, and drive efficient PIN production processes for SBI Card. This role supports the end‑to‑end statement and PIN lifecycle while ensuring compliance with SOPs and business continuity plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quality controls for statement generation across 24 cycles and for Green and physical PIN production.
• Assist statementing, PIN generation and distribution processes and implement strategies to increase Green PIN and email validation penetration.
• Scan market best practices, analyse internal performance metrics and propose innovative process‑efficiency solutions.
• Coordinate monthly statement deployment with marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Prepare daily QC checklists and achieve 100% coverage based on defined parameters.
• Ensure vendor adherence to SOPs and Business Continuity Plans and submit timely BCP completion reports.
• Prepare various statement stationery (WCP, Block Statements, Inland letters, Charge‑off stationery, MITC, etc.) on a monthly basis.
• Handle exception processes for statement/PIN bounce cases, including remediation via tele‑calling and SMS.
• Execute complaint resolution by monitoring and addressing issues promptly.

Required profile

• Experience in statement quality control and PIN production within a financial services environment.
• Ability to analyse processes, identify gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
• Strong coordination skills to work with marketing, vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with SOP and Business Continuity Plan compliance.
