Executive - Indirect Procurement

About the role

We are looking for an Executive in Indirect Procurement to lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities across multiple categories such as IT, facilities, professional and corporate services. The role will be based in Bengaluru and will focus on delivering cost‑effective solutions through strategic sourcing, vendor management and contract governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing projects across indirect spend categories, including IT procurement, facilities, professional and corporate services.
• Conduct RFQs/RFPs, evaluate vendors and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage contracts, monitor supplier performance and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives, ensure compliance and uphold procurement governance.
• Support purchase requisition and purchase order management and maintain sourcing documentation.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Experience with ERP tools such as SAP, Ariba or Oracle (preferred).
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing or multinational corporations (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
