Executive Floor Service Agent – VIP Guest Services

About the role

Join Hilton’s executive floor team and become the face of personalized hospitality for VIP guests. You will ensure every stay is tailored to individual preferences, delivering memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s commitment to warmth and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized check‑in/out for VIP and executive guests, handling special requests with discretion.
• Coordinate dining, transport and bespoke amenities for high‑profile guests, ensuring luxury standards are met.
• Maintain the executive lounge and oversee room readiness in collaboration with housekeeping.
• Communicate guest preferences to concierge, food & beverage and housekeeping teams for seamless service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and proactively prevent service disruptions.
• Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and local attractions, offering tailored recommendations.
• Update guest profiles and prepare daily reports on interactions and VIP services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury guest relations, executive floor, concierge or VIP services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a guest‑centric approach.
• Professionalism and confidentiality when handling high‑profile guests.
• Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
