Executive Director, Finance (Remote – India)

About the role

As an Executive Director, Finance working remotely from India, you will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis team supporting TTEC's Digital segment. You will drive financial strategy, support organic growth and M&A activities, and ensure scalable, sustainable financial models for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review the annual operating budget, quarterly forecasts, and related observations.
• Consolidate and present monthly and quarterly financial performance updates to executive leadership, highlighting budget drivers, forecast variances, and actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation across the organization.
• Work with existing reporting packages, assess areas for enhancement, and implement improvements.
• Provide solutions and process improvements to address cross‑functional challenges.
• Play a key role in integrating systems and tools resulting from mergers and acquisitions.
• Support and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting within a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear presentations for executive audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft 360 and Hyperion Essbase.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
