Executive Digital Marketing – Brand, Marketing & Communications

About the role

As an Executive in Digital Marketing for EY Global Delivery Services, you will drive the execution of the employer brand across digital and social platforms. You will manage day‑to‑day campaign activities, ensure consistent brand presence, and support employee advocacy initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute digital and social media campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, including scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, service lines, and agency partners for seamless delivery.
• Operate Hootsuite and Hootsuite Amplify: publish content, drive employee adoption, monitor performance, and share insights.
• Support employee advocacy and content amplification efforts while adhering to EY branding guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization initiatives.
• Assist in content curation for employer branding, recruitment, and internal communications.
• Maintain multiple activities with a strong focus on timelines, quality, and accuracy.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Strong interest in social media trends, pop culture, and employer branding.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hootsuite.
• Experience using Hootsuite Amplify.
