Executive Assistant to Managing Director

About the role

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides strategic, administrative and operational support, ensuring the MD’s priorities are executed efficiently. This role demands top‑level organization, discretion and strong digital fluency to manage a fast‑paced executive office.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality PowerPoint presentations, reports and briefing materials for internal and external engagements.
• Manage and optimise the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, anticipate conflicts and align with business priorities.
• Act as the primary liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications, drafting emails and preparing agendas.
• Track strategic initiatives, capture discussion points and follow up on key projects.
• Maintain confidential documents and records with the highest level of discretion.
• Manage expense reporting, vendor invoices and coordinate with finance for approvals.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, visas, accommodations and guest‑visit logistics.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience supporting senior leadership or C‑suite executives.
• Proven ability to translate ideas and data into clear, visually compelling presentations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated discretion handling sensitive and confidential information.
