Executive Assistant to Managing Director (0-1 yrs) – Pune

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in Pune. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates with 0‑1 years of experience who are eager to develop administrative and coordination skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s daily and weekly calendar, schedule appointments, meetings and reminders.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and messages, screen and prioritize communications.
• Draft basic correspondence, take dictation and assist in preparing emails, notes and reports.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, create presentations and compile reports.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the MD and senior executives.
• Maintain organized offline and online filing systems for confidential documents.
• Assist in coordinating with HNI/VIP customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support basic research, data collection and preparation of briefs.
• Track action items, follow up on tasks and monitor timelines as directed.
• Help with vendor quotations, purchase documentation and office maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of experience.
• Background in Marketing and Sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce operations.
• Ability to handle camera equipment and create basic content.
