Executive Assistant to Managing Director (0-1 yrs) – Pune

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in Pune. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates with 0‑1 years of experience who are eager to develop administrative and e‑commerce skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s daily and weekly calendar, schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and messages, screen and prioritize communications.
• Draft basic correspondence, take dictation and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations and reports.
• Coordinate travel logistics for the MD and senior executives.
• Maintain confidential files and records both offline and online.
• Assist with vendor quotations, purchase documentation and office maintenance activities.
• Support interactions with HNI/VIP customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct basic research, data collection and prepare briefs or presentations as required.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of professional experience; freshers are welcome.
• Educational background in Marketing, Sales or related fields.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
