Executive Assistant to Managing Director (0-1 yr) – Pune

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in Pune. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, handling a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks while gaining exposure to marketing, sales, and e‑commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s daily and weekly calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, screen and prioritize communications.
• Draft basic correspondence, take dictation, and prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the MD and senior executives.
• Maintain and organize offline and online files, records, and confidential documents.
• Assist in liaising with HNI/VIP customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support basic research, data collection, and preparation of briefs and presentations.
• Track action items, follow up on tasks, and monitor timelines as directed by the MD.
• Help with vendor coordination, quotations, and purchase‑related documentation.
• Support office, outlet, and infrastructure maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with 0‑1 years of experience.
• Background in marketing and sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
