Executive Assistant to General Manager

About the role

The Executive Assistant to the General Manager will support Six Senses Vana’s leadership by ensuring seamless daily operations, safeguarding the brand’s wellness and sustainability pillars, and delivering a high‑standard guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and correspondence with precision.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports and agendas for executive meetings.
• Act as primary liaison between the General Manager, internal departments, ownership, corporate offices and external stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive paper and electronic filing systems, coordinate leadership meeting materials and record minutes.
• Monitor follow‑up on tasks, manage expense reporting, budget tracking and invoice processing.
• Assist in planning resort events, VIP visits and special initiatives.
• Greet VIP visitors, ensure brand‑aligned experiences and support owner/investor relations.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines, promote the culture of wellness, sustainability and extraordinary guest experiences.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
