Executive Assistant to Director – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and well‑organized Executive Assistant to support a Director at a leading healthcare client in Chakan, Pune. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating activities, and providing general management support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and follow up on key activities.
• Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and trackers.
• Handle Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Support meetings, events, and management activities.
• Identify problems, coordinate with relevant teams, and help drive resolutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Assist the Director with day‑to‑day general management tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in executive/management assistant, general management, business or operations coordination, project coordination, or similar support roles.
• BBA preferred; MBA or Engineering degrees also acceptable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional and proactive approach.
