Executive Assistant to CFO

About the role

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CFO provides high‑level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Financial Officer. This role ensures smooth communication, efficient time management, and accurate delivery of financial documentation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the CFO’s calendar, prioritising tasks and meetings.
• Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of financial reports, presentations and related documents.
• Coordinate communication between the CFO and internal or external stakeholders.
• Organise meetings, set agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Assist in the planning and execution of strategic finance initiatives and projects.
• Act as a trusted liaison, facilitating clear and timely follow‑ups across the finance function and other departments.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with exceptional organisational abilities.
• High level of discretion, analytical thinking and professional standards.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (rank holder) and an MBA (non‑negotiable).
