About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position supports the Partner’s office at K C Mehta & Co LLP in Vadodara. You will provide executive administrative assistance, manage communications, handle invoicing and payment follow‑ups, and maintain the Partner’s calendar.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process reimbursement and expense reports.
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other documents.
- Coordinate invoicing, payment reminders, and follow‑ups.
- Maintain and update the Partner’s calendar and schedule meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Required profile
- Graduated (fresh graduate) or 1‑2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- High level of confidentiality, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
