Executive Assistant Operations Manager

About the role

The Executive Assistant Operations Manager will work directly with the President to shape long‑term growth strategy, provide data‑driven insights, and ensure smooth execution of key projects across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic support and data analysis for the President’s Office, delivering quantitative and qualitative insights for business cases, balanced scorecards, and budgets.
• Review departmental performance on a regular basis, present recommendations, and implement the President’s directives across business units.
• Monitor macro‑economic and industry trends, supplying timely updates to inform strategic decisions.
• Organise senior‑management meetings, strategy sessions, and board meetings; prepare presentations and internal communication materials.
• Act as a liaison between the President’s office and internal departments, maintaining credibility and trust with senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO/President or in a strategic support role.
• MBA, M.Pharma, CA or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to quickly grasp pharmaceutical industry processes, regulations, and business operations.
• Demonstrated ambition to progress to a functional leadership position within a few years.
