Executive / Assistant Manager – Supplier Quality

About the role

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking an experienced professional to lead supplier quality initiatives for machining and casting operations. You will work closely with internal project teams and external vendors to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify machining and casting suppliers to support ongoing projects.
• Conduct supplier audits for new vendor releases and drive continuous process improvement.
• Develop suppliers for serial production and manage shop‑floor claim handling.
• Implement Q‑focus programs and support cost‑reduction and new design concepts for MPP projects.
• Prepare material‑specific requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with over 7 years of industry experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality management.
• Strong background in machining and casting processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 standards.
• Good English communication skills.
