About the role
We are looking for an Executive to manage commercial accounts receivable operations. The role will focus on ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile commercial accounts receivable balances.
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports on receivable aging and cash flow impact.
- Implement and improve collection strategies to reduce days sales outstanding.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles.
