EWM Rollout Expert – SAP Logistics Implementation

About the role

The EWM Rollout Expert will join Bosch's supply chain and logistics team to lead the implementation and expansion of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across multiple sites. You will work closely with project managers, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and integration of EWM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive rollout plans for SAP EWM in new locations, defining scope, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate system integration with existing ERP platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Design and deliver end‑user training programs and provide ongoing support post‑deployment.
• Lead change‑management activities, communicating benefits and addressing resistance.
• Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to guarantee system reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Generate regular progress reports and key performance indicators for stakeholders.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and propose enhancements based on industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of professional experience in logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply‑chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record (minimum 3 years) of implementing and managing SAP EWM solutions.
