EWM Rollout Expert - Immediate Joiner

About the role

The EWM Rollout Expert will join Bosch's supply chain and logistics team to lead the implementation and expansion of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across multiple sites. You will work closely with project managers, IT specialists and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout and integration of the EWM solution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to design a detailed rollout plan, defining scope, timelines and resource needs.
• Lead the execution of the rollout, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Work with IT teams to integrate EWM with existing SAP ERP and other technologies.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training, provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.
• Facilitate change‑management activities, including communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to guarantee data accuracy and system reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes and best practices.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and collaborate with procurement, manufacturing and distribution functions.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience working with SAP EWM.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or IT.
• At least 3 years of proven experience implementing and managing SAP EWM solutions.
