Event Specialist

About the role

Meril Life Sciences is looking for a seasoned Event Specialist to plan, coordinate and execute corporate events both domestically and internationally. The role demands a blend of creativity, strong organisational abilities and technical expertise to deliver events that reflect the company’s brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage end‑to‑end event concepts, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Operate and troubleshoot event consoles, audio‑visual equipment, lighting and music production systems.
• Handle logistics such as venue setup, travel arrangements, visa processing and on‑site support.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout each event.

Required profile

• Graduate with 8‑10 years of experience in domestic and international event management.
• Based in Mumbai with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
