Evening Operational Administrator – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Evening Operational Administrator to keep our logistics operations running smoothly during the night shift. You will monitor live shipments, resolve issues in real time, and act as the bridge between day‑time and night‑time teams across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shipments in transit and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify, report and help prevent operational delays.
• Handle customs processes such as GMR, ENS and ELO.
• Liaise with hauliers, drivers and clients across multiple regions.
• Complete ad‑hoc load bookings and transport orders.
• Generate internal reports and keep system data up to date.
• Log incidents and support escalation of operational risks.
• Carry out administrative tasks to support the day‑shift team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in logistics or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, transport regulations and trucking operations.
• Ability to work independently on a night shift schedule.
• Excellent communication skills with international stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset and quick learning ability.
