EV Technical Trainer – Chandigarh

About the role

MSX International is seeking an EV Technical Trainer to deliver hands‑on training to client teams and channel partners in Chandigarh. The role focuses on building deep product knowledge and practical skills around electric vehicle technologies and automotive diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver technical training programs using the ADDIE methodology.
• Conduct practical, hands‑on sessions covering vehicle part removal, re‑fitment and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive training records, track learner progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client partners to ensure training aligns with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Automobile or Mechanical).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in OEM or service‑centre training.
• Demonstrated expertise in electric vehicle systems.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Certification in instructional design or training delivery.
