Project Management Apprentice

About the role

The Project Management Apprentice will support Oceaneering's project teams while learning essential project coordination, documentation, and communication tasks. Working under experienced staff, you will gain hands‑on exposure to project lifecycle activities and develop foundational project‑control skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining project documentation such as Statements of Work, change requests, schedules, and risk registers.
• Support project managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, and contractual terms.
• Prepare and communicate regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Learn and apply company tools, processes, and procedures related to project execution.
• Participate in domestic and international travel up to 25% of the year for training purposes.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with project management terminology; certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and within a team.
