Enterprise Systems Analyst (EUC Support Engineer) – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Enterprise Systems Analyst who will serve as an EUC Support Engineer on a night‑shift schedule. The role provides Tier 1.5 end‑user support, maintains the end‑user computing environment, and ensures a secure, reliable IT experience for employees across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VPN, and enterprise applications.
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and remote sessions using tools such as BeyondTrust or TeamViewer.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and device management via Microsoft Intune.
• Assist with identity and access management using OKTA and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot Zoom meeting access, audio/video issues, and network connectivity (wired and wireless).
• Perform hardware diagnostics, coordinate warranty repairs, and manage asset lifecycle.
• Log and track incidents in the help‑desk system, ensure SLA compliance, and perform initial root‑cause analysis.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams with complete documentation.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work a rotational night‑shift schedule and be present onsite in Pune.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple IT teams and follow documented processes.
