About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is for an English Teacher at a boys’ boarding school in Dehradun. The teacher will lead senior‑class English instruction, create dynamic lesson plans and nurture effective communication skills among students.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the ISC/ICSC board curriculum.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments and oral evaluations.
- Provide individualized guidance and feedback to support diverse learning needs.
- Maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop and refine curriculum materials.
Required profile
- B.Ed. and a Master’s degree in English (mandatory).
- Proven experience teaching English at senior level, preferably following ISC/ICSC guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with students and staff.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to varied learning styles.
- Passion for fostering student development and learning.
