English Call Centre Agent – Reservations (Experienced)

About the role

We are seeking experienced English‑speaking call centre agents to handle reservations for a large hospitality portfolio. The role focuses on serving international customers, primarily from the UK and Europe, and requires strong sales and customer‑service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Handle English‑language reservation enquiries via phone and email.
• Process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and guest requests accurately.
• Manage high call volumes during peak periods and support reservation administration.
• Identify and act on revenue‑generation opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain exceptional service standards while ensuring data accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality reservations, travel industry, hotel booking operations, or international voice‑process customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written English suitable for international customer‑facing interactions.
• Comfortable communicating with UK, European, or other international customers.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts aligned with European business hours.
