Engineering Executive – Maintenance & Process Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Executive to lead maintenance and process engineering activities for our food‑manufacturing lines. The role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of chocolate enrobers, tempering machines, depositors, cooling tunnels, wafer ovens and cream‑mixing equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on breakdown analysis and execute corrective and preventive maintenance on high‑speed food‑contact equipment.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance using CMMS/SAP PM, raise work orders and monitor MTBF.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement lasting corrective actions.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs and OEM manuals to support troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, OEM service engineers and spare‑parts stores.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in maintenance or process engineering within food, confectionery, FMCG or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong fundamentals in hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors and high‑speed rotating equipment.
• Familiarity with food‑safety and GMP requirements for food‑contact machinery.
