About the role

We are seeking an Engineer specialized in New Product Development to join our team in Bangalore. The role focuses on creating and enhancing architectural products, particularly aluminium façade systems, and delivering customized solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Design new products and components for architectural applications.
Identify and implement product improvements to increase performance and cost‑effectiveness.
Develop customized product solutions based on client requirements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
Proven track record in designing new products, improving existing offerings, and customizing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline; MBA in Marketing is also acceptable.
