About the role

We are seeking an Engineer specialized in New Product Development to lead the design and enhancement of architectural products, particularly aluminium façade systems, at our Bangalore facility. The role focuses on creating innovative solutions, improving existing offerings, and customizing products to meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design new architectural products and aluminium façade components.
• Drive product improvements and performance enhancements.
• Customize products based on specific client needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring concepts to production.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline, or an MBA in Marketing.
• Based in Bangalore.
