About the role

The Global Procurement Engineer/Executive will lead import vendor sourcing for key raw materials, ensuring cost‑effective procurement while maintaining high quality standards to support production needs. You will coordinate with global mentors, manage supplier records, and oversee transport and customs compliance.

Key responsibilities

Lead import vendor sourcing initiatives and maintain strong follow‑up with timely escalations.
Create and coordinate supplier information, including SA info records and EDI/ASN setup.
Troubleshoot errors, manage premium freight portal entries, and approve processes.
Oversee vendor order and delivery management, reviewing target fulfillment and providing daily reporting.

Required profile

B.E. Mechanical with 5‑7 years of relevant experience.
Proven knowledge of material planning, procurement functions, and transport/customs compliance.
Strong communication skills with cross‑functional teams.
