About the role
The Internal Flow & Data Analytics team within the Structures department provides solutions in thermal, aerodynamics and internal‑flow analysis. As an Aero‑Thermal Engineer you will perform 1D and 3D numerical simulations to support aircraft certification and system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform thermal and fluid simulations (1D Amesim and 3D CFD) for aircraft systems in ATA 26/ATA 21.
- Provide aero‑thermal results that support aircraft certification and performance verification.
- Model thermal management and heat‑dissipation systems using appropriate tools and methods.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Thermal or a related discipline.
- 0‑1 year of relevant experience with strong thermal simulation background.
- Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, aerodynamics and cooling systems.
- Ability to learn new tools, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality deliverables.
