Energy Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Energy Analyst to drive and exceed energy savings targets for HVAC systems across our client portfolio. The role is based in Bengaluru and requires 3‑5 years of experience in energy data analysis, HVAC audits, and client reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for achieving agreed energy‑saving and efficiency targets on HVAC systems.
• Prepare and present dashboards and energy‑saving reports to clients.
• Monitor client sites, analyse energy trends, and develop customer‑retention models.
• Conduct HVAC energy audits and provide actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
• Support technicians with site installation, data flow stabilization, and post‑commissioning issues.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate, preferably with an environmental or energy focus.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience analysing energy data and implementing energy‑saving measures in HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage large datasets.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and meet tight turnaround times.
