Endpoint Management Specialist (Intune, Jamf, SCCM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management professional to join our EUC team. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise‑wide device management solutions across Windows and macOS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager policies, including Autopilot and compliance settings.
• Administer Jamf Pro for macOS device enrollment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Manage SCCM/MECM for OS deployment, patch management, and inventory across large‑scale environments.
• Implement security controls using Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure endpoint compliance and resilience.
• Provide tier‑2/3 support for enterprise endpoint issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, compliance policies and MDM.
• Expert knowledge of Jamf Pro administration and macOS endpoint management.
• Advanced experience with SCCM/MECM, OS deployment and patch management.
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale enterprise endpoint environments.
• Solid understanding of Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access.
• Hands‑on scripting and automation using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and excellent communication skills.
