Endpoint Administrator / Lead / Architect

About the role

We are seeking experienced Endpoint Management professionals to design, implement, and support enterprise‑wide endpoint solutions. Depending on your background, you may join as an Administrator, Lead Engineer, or Architect, driving the deployment and security of Windows devices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM based endpoint solutions.
• Deploy, configure and maintain Windows 10/11 devices, including Autopilot provisioning.
• Configure compliance policies, security settings and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Administer Group Policy Objects and oversee patch management for operating systems and applications.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell scripting.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance and security posture, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and cloud teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance and mentor junior team members when acting in Lead/Architect capacity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3–15 years of hands‑on experience with endpoint management technologies.
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
