End User Support Specialist – EUC/Desktop Support Engineer (L1)

About the role

We are looking for an End User Support Specialist to provide onsite desktop and deskside assistance for an enterprise environment in Guwahati. The role involves handling hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring a smooth end‑user computing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite support for hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix tasks.
• Manage device lifecycle: imaging, deployment, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
• Support Windows 10/11, basic macOS, Office 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Utilise SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow for device management and ticket resolution.
• Administer Active Directory accounts and password resets.
• Provide VIP support and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain endpoint security compliance and follow ITIL processes for incidents, service requests, and problems.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in desktop/EUC or deskside support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
• Experience working in enterprise or corporate IT environments.
• Ability to work independently onsite and handle on‑call situations.
