Employee Service Associate – APAC

About the role

IGT is looking for an Employee Service Associate to deliver People & Culture shared services across the APAC region. You will be the primary point of contact for employees, handling inquiries, processing HR transactions, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries using established processes and service standards.
• Manage and resolve cases in ServiceNow, meeting SLA and quality expectations.
• Process HR transactions in SuccessFactors while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and data integrity.
• Support updates to knowledge articles, SOPs, and service resources.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in HR, shared services, customer service, or a related field.
• Customer‑facing experience with a strong service orientation.
• Familiarity with diverse cultural and regulatory environments within APAC.
