About the role
Salesforce is seeking an experienced Employee Recruiter to lead the sourcing and hiring of senior sales and technical talent. You will partner with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth in AI‑driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Source, recruit and hire senior sales and technical professionals, including individual contributors and managers.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members.
- Contribute to global recruiting programs and strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, HR and Business Units to ensure smooth onboarding.
Required profile
- 8+ years of proven recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of volume hiring for technology and support roles.
- Strong client focus, cost‑containment mindset and proactive networking abilities.
- Ability to design and execute recruiting strategies, including employer branding and diversity sourcing.
- Self‑sufficient with minimal supervision and excellent collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset to build, measure and scale recruitment workflows.
