About the role

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Developer to design and implement firmware for HVAC control systems. The role involves creating robust, high‑quality software for Bosch Home Comfort products.

Key responsibilities

Develop applications in C and Embedded C++ based on embedded system requirements.
Develop driver software for the controller and processor.
Follow the SDLC project development process.
Perform static code analysis, code reviews and manage SCM versioning.
Understand HVAC control system architecture and processes.

Required profile

Typically 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or equivalent.

Required skills

C programming.
Embedded C++ development.
Microcontroller and processor development.
Build tool chains and debugging.
User interface development (command line, web, GUI).
Unit testing frameworks in Python.
Experience with JIRA and Gerrit for defect tracking and code inspection.
Object‑oriented C++ development.
