Email Marketing Executive (0-1 yr Experience)

About the role

The Email Marketing Executive plans, executes and optimises email campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation and conversions. You will work with tools such as HubSpot and Mailchimp, manage database segmentation, create compelling content and ensure compliance while maximising ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy email marketing campaigns, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Segment email databases for targeted, personalised messaging.
• Monitor KPIs such as open, click‑through and conversion rates and produce performance reports.
• Maintain and clean email lists to ensure low bounce rates and high engagement.
• Set up automated email journeys (welcome sequences, abandoned‑cart emails) using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in email or digital marketing (0‑1 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and track performance.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing skills.
