Electronics Manufacturing Engineer (Industrial Electronics)

About the role

We are looking for an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement manufacturing processes for industrial‑grade electronics. The role is based in Mumbai and involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high quality and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, optimise and document manufacturing processes for industrial electronics.
• Work with product development and quality teams to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and product reliability.
• Support validation and testing of new products and equipment.
• Collaborate with clients across various industry sectors to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in industrial electronics manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control and product validation.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing process design and optimisation.
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies.
• Understanding of product validation procedures.
