Electrician – Motor Testing Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our industrial team and focus on testing and maintaining electric motors. The role involves performing a range of electrical tests, diagnosing faults, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform electrical testing of motors according to industry standards.
- Conduct insulation resistance (IR), high‑voltage (HV), and performance load tests.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical faults in motor systems.
- Record test results and maintain accurate test reports.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards at all times.
Required profile
- Basic understanding of AC and DC motor operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Required skills
- IR testing knowledge.
- HV testing knowledge.
- Load testing knowledge.
- Proficiency with megger, multimeter, and clamp meter.
