Electrician – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

The Electrician will join the engineering team at Radisson Blu Ujjain, ensuring safe and reliable electrical operations throughout the hotel. This full‑time, on‑site position involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance and prompt repairs to minimise downtime and uphold guest safety.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair electrical systems, fixtures and wiring across the property.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests from guests and staff.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and diagnose issues in a systematic manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support overall hotel operations.

Required profile

• Strong practical knowledge of electricity and safe handling of tools and equipment.
• Experience maintaining and repairing electrical systems in hotels or commercial buildings.
• Formal training or background in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant certification, licence or diploma as required by local regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, manuals and safety guidelines.
• Commitment to health and safety standards and attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and communication skills; hospitality experience is a plus.
