About the role

The Education Professional will join Natraj Juniors School in Udaipur to plan and deliver engaging lessons for children from playgroup to grade 5. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on fostering academic, social and emotional growth in a nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design curriculum‑aligned lesson plans for core subjects.
• Teach and assess students, monitoring progress regularly.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate student performance and concerns to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff on school initiatives.
• Participate in school events, training sessions, and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in education and teaching, preferably with early‑childhood and primary experience.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, families and colleagues.
• Customer‑service orientation to address student and parent queries.
• Relevant academic qualifications in Education or a related field.
• Proven classroom‑management abilities and child‑centered pedagogy.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing school needs.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with educational technology and digital classroom tools (advantageous).
