E‑commerce Warehouse Manager – Amazon & Flipkart

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling e‑commerce logistics provider supporting top Indian marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. As an E‑commerce Warehouse Manager you will lead end‑to‑end fulfillment operations, ensuring high‑volume sellers meet strict SLA targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities in line with Amazon/Flipkart FBA/FBM compliance, from receiving to dispatch, returns and quality checks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of 99.8%+ through cycle counts, bin management and WMS reconciliation.
• Lead a team of 20‑50 operators, pickers and packers, driving safety, productivity KPIs and shift‑wise output targets.
• Optimize space, labor and workflows to cut order‑to‑ship time by 20% while preserving SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, carrier partners and marketplace support for issue resolution, shipment delays and refund escalations.
• Implement Lean, 5S and digital tools (e.g., EZOffice, Flexe, custom WMS) to reduce operational costs by 15% YoY.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations for e‑commerce platforms, preferably Amazon and Flipkart.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, shift‑based teams and meet strict SLA metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven process improvement.

• Lean warehouse operations (5S, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher)
• Experience with EZOffice, Flexe or ShipHero (preferred)
• Knowledge of GST returns and e‑commerce tax compliance
