Ecommerce Marketing Manager

About the role

UNQUOTE is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to own and scale its paid media efforts across Meta platforms. You will work closely with the founder to drive growth for a fast‑moving D2C brand that sells aesthetic stationery and décor.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta ad campaigns to achieve target ROAS and CAC.
• Manage product catalogues, listings, pricing, promotions and SEO on Shopify and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart).
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and continuously improve conversion rates, AOV and overall sales.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to align messaging with brand aesthetics.
• Report weekly and monthly results to leadership and recommend budget allocations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience running Meta ads for e‑commerce or D2C businesses.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns and meeting ROAS, CAC and conversion goals.
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks without constant direction.
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for data‑driven optimisation.
